Payroll FAQ

General information only, not advice.

What is CPF and who must contribute?CPF is Singapore's mandatory savings scheme. Employers generally contribute for employees who are Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents, at rates that depend on age and wages. Rates are set by the CPF Board and change from time to time.
When are CPF contributions due?Contributions are due by the last day of the month. CPF Board takes action if they are still unpaid by the 14th of the following month, and late payment interest runs from the due date, so payroll should run to a fixed calendar.
What is IR8A?IR8A is the annual form reporting an employee's remuneration to IRAS. Employers usually prepare it for the prior calendar year by 1 March, and many must submit through the Auto-Inclusion Scheme (AIS).
Can you submit CPF for my company? We prepare the contribution for submission. Tell us how you pay today, and we'll confirm the exact setup in your quote.
